Information we collect

When you request electrical help, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address, service address, ZIP code, preferred appointment days and times, the type of service you need, and the details you choose to provide about the job. We may also receive basic technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as browser, device, and request-log data.

Phone intake assistant

When you call the AI phone intake assistant, your speech is transcribed and may be temporarily recorded to understand and process your request. We use telephone and AI providers, including Twilio and Retell AI, to operate the assistant. Retell is configured to retain basic call information rather than call recordings and transcripts after processing; recordings may remain temporarily available during processing. We retain the contact and request details you confirm, along with basic call identifiers needed to operate the service. We do not copy call recordings into our lead records. If you prefer not to use the phone assistant, please use the website request form.

The assistant collects appointment preferences only. It does not place an appointment on a calendar or confirm availability.

How we use information

We use submitted information to review your request, contact you about it, connect you with an electrical professional who may serve your area, deliver internal lead alerts, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain our records, and improve the service.

How we share information

We may share request details with electrical service providers who may respond to your inquiry. We also use service providers that support hosting, database storage, email, text-message delivery, security, and similar business functions. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect people, rights, or the service.

We do not sell personal information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except providers and aggregators necessary to deliver the requested messages.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site, including pages viewed, general device and browser information, approximate location, and interactions such as starting or completing a request form. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies for measurement. We do not send the name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, or project description entered in the request form to Google Analytics.

Text-message information

Operational lead alerts are sent only to the authorized business operator who requested them. Our business operator enrollment page explains how to opt in by texting START to (260) 305-5989. The messaging provider processes the sending number, keyword, and message timestamp to record consent and honor opt-outs. Texting START alone does not authorize access to customer leads. Message frequency varies with lead activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and messaging consent are used only to provide and support these alerts.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to handle requests, operate the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by emailing us. You can also opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Children

This service is intended for adults seeking household electrical help and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
